MY NAME IS SOPHIE
I have been on the path to liberate my most truthful expression and authentic embodiment/living for as long as I can remember. And if I have trained (extensively) in what I offer, mostly I have embodied the work. I have chewed on my practices, swallowed and metabolized them. I have learnt to dance with my shadows, make peace and love with the dark corners of my existence. I have walked, sometimes boldly sometimes trembling, through the initiatory fires of my life. I was brought to my knees and have rebuild capacity, slowly, steadily, thanks to the tools I shared and to an unwavering spirit I can never be grateful enough for.
I had to chose over and over walking my path and no one else’s, a path of self discovery and truth that do not always make sense.
My work is one of deep play, where the threads of curiosity and safety meet and guide you toward more authenticity in being, more naturalness, greater ability to be in connection and live a life that feels like who you are.
