I have been on the path to free my most truthful expression and authentic embodiment/living for about fifteen years.
If I have trained (extensively) in what I offer, mostly I like to believe that I have embodied the work. I have chewed on my practices, swallowed and metabolized them. I made peace and learnt to dance with the dark corners of my existence.
I have walked, sometimes boldly, and many times trembling, through the initiatory fires of my life. I was brought to my knees and have rebuild capacity, slowly, steadily, thanks to the tools I shared and to an unwavering spirit I can never be grateful enough for. But what matters is not so much my story, it is how it has transformed me, and how the capacity to hold the discomfort of transformation informs this work.

I had to chose over and over walking my path and no one else’s which makes it complexe to label precisely my work. What I can say is that my work is one of deep play, where the threads of curiosity and safety meet and guide you toward more authenticity in being, more naturalness, a greater ability to be in connection to yourself and others, and live a life that feels like who you actually are.
